Is it legal to doing legit jobs during reserve bank of india rules for indian paypal users? ?

I m thinking of doing legit jobs.but for the rbi rules in payal using indians.i got little bit nervous.please suggest me.

1. I know what you are talking about. Bank of India has limited Paypal payments in order to protect the economy of India. There is no way around this.
