How to get my money back from a Fraud Finance Company of India ?

I am from India . I wanted home loan. For this, I talked on mobile numbers of Goyal Finance, which published it's loan offering advertisement in newspapers. As per their advertisement, they offer home loan at interest rate 4% per annum. In newspaper, they had not given their address. After talking on their mobile, they told me that their company was in Delhi, India. May be, they told me wrong location of company. Because their intent was cheating. They asked me to deposit money in their bank account number told by them. I deposited money. They were not convinced that I had deposited money in their account. So they asked me to fax bank receipt on a fax number given by them. Just 5 minutes after faxing bank receipt, they called me telling that they had received faxed bank receipt. I have all bank receipts and fax receipts with me. Now they have switched off their mobiles. Should I lodge a police complaint ? Will I get my money back ? . I am from India. Name of this fraud company is Goyal Finance, Delhi India.

2. Yes lodge a police complaint. But no, you probably won't get your money back. You've been scammed.
3. It one kind of scam. As long as people like you believe them and their advatisements they will be doing such kind of scams. You have to give a police report. I do not know how much interest the Police take on your complient. If the Police take correct action, then you will get back your amount .
