Can i get loan for purchse of land from any Bank in India?

I want to purchase a land in Hyderabad by taking loan from any Bank or Organisation, so that I can pay through EMIs. I am a Central Govt Employ.

Well, most banks operate under the same concept. 1) YOu must have sufficient earning potential to demonstrate that you will be able to repay the loan 2) The property must have value sufficient to cover the value of the loan in case you default 3) YOu generally must invest some of YOUR capital in the purchase so that you have a vested interest. If you can meet these three basic qualifications the bank should at least review your application. .
