1. It makes just 32.8387 INR. You need to try Central Bank of India. Edit: I explained the situation about Turkish Lira in his previous question so that i didn`t want to mention again.
2. One million old turk lirasi became one new (current) Turkish lira in 2005. I believe that the redemption period on the old notes has passed. Otherwise, the previous response would have been correct.
