Is it cheaper to convert Indian currency for travelling abroad or get a Travel debit card?

I am travelling to Netherlands in Mid-August and am wondering if I should convert my Money here (in Euros) or is it cheaper to carry a Travel Debit Card... would the conversion charges etc..be cheaper this way? Any sugegstion would be appreciated. Thanx

1. It would be far cheaper to buy euros here than carry a travel debit card.
2. thatdepends on the amount of money u carry it it is below some1000 euros than convert and take the euros but if it is more then divide the amount equally or according to ur need between euros and debit cards
