do clothes made in india/china/east asia mean that they were made at the expense?

of child laborers working in poor conditions for very low and unfair wages, such as sweatshops? should i feel guilty that all my clothes are made in india?

1. If these clothes were made in America they would be made by people who are little better off socially and financially than their Asian counterparts. Lots is said about the sweatshops in Asia but reporters usually don't bother to interview the guy who's tickled pink to be earing 15 times what he normally would as a cardboard box recycler.
