how will the change in the age from 18 to 14 for driving in india make any difference?

1. That's just crazy. The only thing it will do is add more cars to the road. More wrecks, and damage to the roads.
2. What? Do yo umean they're lowering the legal driving age to 14?!?!? They're trying to raise it in the rest of the world!! I predict there will be more and more accidents, silly things like carelessness and speeding, showing off, that kind of thing.
