Are any Indian Banks operating in Dammam / Saudi Arabia?

I am moving to Dammam KSA and would like to know if any Indian Banks are operating there

1. Officially, there are NO Indian Banks operating in Saudi Arabia. However, two Indian banks are operating in Saudi through tie-ups with Saudi commercial banks. They are HDFC, which works in partnership with the Arab National Bank, for ANB’s Telemoney remittance service to India, and ICICI, the country’s major private sector bank, which has an alliance with the Al-Rajhi Banking and Investment Corporation, for providing remittance facilities to Indian expatriates. State bank of India (SBI) will open its operation next year. The SBI is going to open its full-fledged branch very soon following the clearance given by Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA) recently.
